Age Requirement

Content on website is for adults 18 and over.

To order cigars, you must be 21 years old. We use AgeChecker.net to verify age.

What is AgeChecker.Net?

AgeChecker.Net provides age verification services to online stores that sell age restricted products such as vaporizers and tobacco related products. Age verification is required by many federal and state laws.

What information is required?

For most customers, we only require your date of birth, name, and address. If we cannot verify your age automatically, we will need a picture of your photo ID.

Note that we are often able to get this information from the checkout form you filled out. In this case, you will only have to input your date of birth manually.

How do I upload my photo ID?

To make it as easy as possible, we have three options for sending us a photo ID:

  • Take a picture using your webcam directly from our popup.
  • Upload a picture directly from our popup.
  • Enter your mobile phone number and use your phone’s camera to complete the process.

How is my information secured?

The information you provide is used purely to verify your age. We never share or sell data to third-parties.

Your privacy and security are important to us. Access to all our services are protected with strong 256-bit AES encryption. All personal information is stored on a private internal network that is not connected to the internet.

We will store your DOB, name, and address so that we can verify you without photo ID if you order again. Photo IDs are not stored, they are removed as soon as you are verified.

States We Do Not Sell Cigars To:

Due to state laws, nlcigar.com does not ship cigars sold online to residents in the following states:

  • Arkansas, Maine, South Dakota, Utah, and Vermont

Any orders placed online with shipping addresses in these states will not be fulfilled.


Shipping Policies

  • Shipping delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted.
  • Certain items, such as over-sized merchandise, may require additional shipping charges.
    • Any such charges will be noted during the checkout process prior to submitting your order.

Sales Tax

Remittance of any taxes on orders shipped outside of Pennsylvania is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Pennsylvania

  • Pennsylvania residents add 6% sales tax.

Colorado

  • Nelson Loguasto Cigars does not collect Colorado Sales or Use Tax.
  • Colorado purchases are not exempt from Colorado Sales or Use tax merely because they are made over the internet or by other remote means.
  • The State of Colorado requires that a Colorado purchaser (a) file a Sales or Use tax return at the end of the year reporting all the taxable purchases that were not taxed and (b) pay tax on those purchases. See Colorado’s Department of Revenue for details.

Louisiana

  • Nelson Loguasto Cigars does not collect sales or use tax on purchases made from Louisiana.
  • Louisiana requires Nelson Loguasto Cigars and other retailers to notify purchasers that sales via the Internet, catalog, or other remote means are subject to use tax.
  • Louisiana requires residents making a purchase for shipment into the state to file a tax return at the end of the year reporting all taxable purchases that were not taxed, and to pay use taxes on those purchases.

Return Policies

Keeping you happy is our number one priority. Returns are easy – if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to our warehouse within 10 days of receipt of your order for an exchange, credit, or refund. Returns take up to 15 business days from receiving a return to process. Before returning the item, please contact us and let us know what item you are returning and why.

We do our best to provide you with the highest quality cigars and accessories, in perfect condition, as quickly as possible. Every shipment is inspected for quality and undergoes a series of several spot-checks by our shipping staff for accuracy and quality. Should you experience any problems, please contact us. We’re here to help. We guarantee your satisfaction and we will work to achieve it.

Cigars — For cigars by the box or bundle of 20 cigars or more, if you try 1 cigar and return the remainder, you will receive full merchandise credit, less shipping charges. If you try more than 1, pro-rata credit is applied, less shipping charges. For samplers, 5-packs and non-cigar merchandise, returns must be in new, unopened condition to receive full credit. This includes having cigars in their cellophane wrappers. Please keep the original packaging and any accessories to return with the item and do not return any cut or smoked cigars, as this may affect your refund.
